Can my items be returned or exchanged?

Because of the custom nature of our items I can't accept returns for SignedbyB orders. If you have any problems or concerns with your order upon delivery, please email me at hello@signedbyb.com

How do I submit my color choice for my wedding day signage?

Select the appropriate color option from the listing presented for your signs before finalizing your order. If you have a custom request for a color, select OTHER as your color option.

Can I use personal quotes on my order?

Yes! Please submit a custom order request for any quotes/phrases of your choice. For wedding day signage, there is a text box for you to identify the exact wording of your signs when completing your order.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Gift shop items are shipped 3-5 days after your order has been placed. Wedding signage is shipped 4-6 weeks after your order has been placed. Completion time for custom orders will vary depending on the nature of the request. Lead time will be identified in your invoice. Allow for up to 5-7 USPS business days more for shipping.

Will I receive a proof before my order ships?

Yes! A digital proof will only be emailed for custom orders and signage packages prior to production. A confirmation of the proofs will be required by the customer. Custom a la carte signage items that will also receive proofs include: bar signs, welcome signs and table signs.

How do you apply the vinyl decals?

Each decal order will include instructions on how to remove the transfer tape and apply to the desired surface. Step 1: Run the smoothing card over the back of the decal. This is the white side. Step 2: Remove the decal from its white backing by pulling the transfer tape. Your decal will be adhered to the clear transfer tape. Step 3: Hoover your decal over your surface to identify the proper placement. Step 4: Lightly fold your decal in half and begin to place your decal on the surface one side at a time. Use your smoothing card down the side you have just placed onto your surface. Step 5: Run your smoothing card down the remaing side of your decal. Step 6: Gently pull away your transfer tape Hard, flat surfaces are receommended for the permenant vinyl.
